For Facilities
Post a shift, get it filled
Create your account
Sign up and add your facility details — name, address, and contact info. Takes about 10 minutes.
Post a shift
Set the role (CNA, LPN, or RN), date, time, and any specific requirements. Professionals in your area are notified immediately.
Review and approve
Qualified professionals claim your shift. You can review their profiles, credentials, and reliability scores before approving.
Shift completed
The professional clocks in with GPS at your facility, completes the shift, and billing is handled automatically.
For Professionals
Pick your shifts, get paid weekly
Create your profile
Sign up and add your credentials, certifications, and work preferences. You only need to do this once.
Get verified
We verify your license and run a background check. This usually takes 1–3 business days.
Browse and claim
See available shifts at facilities near you. Filter by role, location, and time. Claim the ones that work for your schedule.
Work and get paid
Clock in with GPS when you arrive, complete your shift, and receive weekly direct deposit to your bank account.

- Business license or NPI number
- A payment method for billing
- At least one admin user to manage shifts
Professionals
- Active Oregon license (CNA, LPN, or RN)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Government-issued ID
- Pass a background check
